This is working as intended and is an anti scamming measure. How big Blizzard is and how big the banks are, and how much money both entities have, does not change the speed.

That is why it can take longer if you use PayPal. For that PayPal has to receive the money from your bank, then it has to send it to Blizzard.

It says that trial players can't trade. Surely this isn't the 30 day trial? Is there a 24 hour limit to trading to stop abuse or something maybe?

Now since this happened I was clicking around in my account options and activated a 10 day trial which apparantly now I have two accounts, but the problem existed before that happened.
